When Can I Start Using Lilo Premium Seasoning Powder?
How Much Lilo Ikan bilis or Mushroom Powder Should I Use?
1/2 to 1 tsp to one serving of porridge, rice, pasta or meat as a guide. Taste to test and add more if its not enough.
Is it Salty ?
The Ikan Bilis has been soaked and washed before baking and grinding to reduce the salt content as ikan bilis are naturally salty when we purchase it in the market. It is therefore fragrant and not salty! You can refer to our nutritional Panel Information for more information on sodium content.
Storage & Shelf Life
Unopened bottle/packet: Shelf Life 1 Year. Keep it cool & dry in fridge after opening. Best consumed within 3 months after opening.
Any MSG, Preservative Or Salt Added ?
NO, absolutely nothing added at all during our process.
Is The Container Safe To Store Powder ?
The container are air tight, recyclable and food grade.
How Often Should I Use Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis ?
LILO packed with goodness is specially created to enhance the flavour of food for our love ones as well as to provide additional nutrients. It can be consumed everyday!
How Long Can One Bottle Of Lilo Ikan Bilis Last?
Depending on usage, one bottle of Lilo is 50 grams. One tsp is about 1-2grams. So it will depend on your frequency of usage and amount per usage.

Ikan Bilis suitable almost everyone, except seafood allergies. From 6 months old baby to your love ones. LILO are premium Ikan Bilis (Anchovies) selection, without entrails and guts were used, but with bones intact which is a good source of calcium. Just 100% Ikan Bilis goodness and nothing else!
Why did the powders not dissolve fully?
As our food powders are made from 100% ingredients, grinded and sieved into fine powders, it is normal to have sediments. To get best results, can stir in hot food or boiling water.
Why did the powders coagulate after awhile?
As our food powders are made from 100% ingredients and no anti-coagulants were added in the process. it is normal that some of our powders coagulate after sometime. As long as it is kept cool and dry in fridge with a clean and dry spoon used on each usage, within the best before date, it is definitely safe for consumption.

Is Lilo Halal?
We are not certified halal. However, there is strictly no pork or lard in our factory. We strictly process Ikan bilis, Mushroom, Scallop, White Bait and Kombu only.

How To Place An Order?
By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

How Long Is The Order Processing Time ?

WHY
Why Didn’t I Receive A Confirmation Email Upon Successful Order
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and full name, we will re-send your confirmation.
Why I Have Not Received My Item?
All registered parcels come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS notification. You may visit http://www.singpost.com/track-items to track your parcel.
